The Admin Kit Data\Events folder on one of our servers has grown to about 8GB. It is full of .ctrl, .lck and .jrnl files.

I've purged all the events on this server in the Admin Kit, but it hasn't affected the events folder. Is there a way to purge this? It is slowing taking over the C: partition
