Hi,

I have not been given merchandise I paid for in full.

I paid full price for Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 for 2yrs/10user online from Kaspersky Labs website. The Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 download purchase was routed through and paid to element5 in August of 2007. Somehow I was given a license key that flagged my account as 1 user/1 year key. Now this incorrect 'one year' is ending and I am back trying to resolve this for my company. My email communications with tech support have gone nowhere, so I am trying to find help on this any way I can.

Has anyone else had this happen? How can I resolve this? Is there any toll free number I can call and speak to a real person who will straighten this out?

I at least hope that there are Kaspersky representatives monitoring this forum that might help.

Hi Troy,

I don't know if this will help or not, but I believe Kaspersky no longer uses element5. My purchases have been through ICE Systems @ 877-332-3250.
Perhaps they took over payment processing for Kaspersky and have access to the element5 records, I don't know.

You will need your Customer ID, Transaction ID, Credit Card Info (or other payment method used for purchase), ammount paid and date of transaction to have any hope of proving your case at this late date.

I hope you get it worked out...
