I have not been given merchandise I paid for in full.
I paid full price for Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 for 2yrs/10user online from Kaspersky Labs website. The Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 download purchase was routed through and paid to element5 in August of 2007. Somehow I was given a license key that flagged my account as 1 user/1 year key. Now this incorrect 'one year' is ending and I am back trying to resolve this for my company. My email communications with tech support have gone nowhere, so I am trying to find help on this any way I can.
Has anyone else had this happen? How can I resolve this? Is there any toll free number I can call and speak to a real person who will straighten this out?
I at least hope that there are Kaspersky representatives monitoring this forum that might help.
