mad.gif I submitted a support request Monday morning; no response received as of yet (they state a reponse time usually within 4 hrs).
I was on hold for 30 minutes yesterday afternoon; the recording stated a wait time of less than 20 minutes, then more than 20 minutes! I then left a message to call me back next am.
I called back this morning and left another message. Now it has been 3 hrs and no one has called back. mad.gif

The Problem: Updater not working on Windows server. Keeps reporting the following: Unable to run two tasks at the same time.
