I need help and your phone numbers do NOT work!

Live chat does not work!

This phone number 1-866-323-4801 does not work!

WAKE UP GUYS! WE PAID FOR YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR SUPPORT!

Someone please reply with viable info as to how I can contact a tech for this company!
