KIS7 has a function called Anti-Publicity.
This function can block the popup windows.
I think it is useful.
But KIS2009 doesn't have this function.
I suggest this function for furture version of KIS.

anti banner isn't same as Anti-Publicity
Anti banner is to block advertised banner on web site.

yes, and there's no more anti-popup for the reason lordpake mentioned (also it worked with IE only)
