We recently purchased Kaspersky 6.0 for 45 workstations and servers. Our computer environment consist of Windows Servers and Windows XP clients throughout several remote locations. Is there a deployment tool or admin page that will allow me to push the install to our clients and remove our current AntiVirus ( McAfee Enterprise )?
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

You can use the AdminKit from kaspersky. Its free.
Then you can create an deinstallation tasks for McAfee Enterprise and install Kaspersky products.

Firstable push the Network Agent on all your clients using the admin kit deployment task (it will install it via ADMIN$ share). You can do it even if McAfee is still installed and running it will not mess with.
Then, create a McAfee removal task in global tasks and run it on your clients to remove your McAfee.
Finally deploy KAV for Workstations.
