Dear All,

We are experiencing some problems with kaspersky administartion kit 6.0.1591.We have around 500 client machines running kaspersky antivirus for win workstation 6.0.3.837.
In most of these machines kaspersky network agent is running and kaspersky anti virus remains inactive(wen i look from the administration kit).Wen i try to start it from that the application tab it starts...but after some time it goes back to the inactive status again.
And in some machines both kaspersky network agent as well as the anti virus remains inactive.I cannot start either network agent or workstation av.

Also I checks the "Do not disconnect from administration server" but after some time (maybe 10 mins) it automatically removes the check mark next to "Do not disconnect...."

Plz help me in this issue...it is very urgent...Plz go through the attached screen shots.....

Thanks a bunch in advance.

The most common reason of such behaviour is "cloning computer hard disks with the installed Administration Agent 5.0".

If it is not the case then wait until the problem reproduces and run klnagchk.exe on problem computer (for example, WKS03) -- what it reports ? And what is "Last connection time" attribute of that computer in the Administration Console ?

Utility klnagchk.exe is located in the directory where you installed Network Agent.
