Please can you help me rectify a problem with your trial software:

After installing your mobile 7.01.36 on my windows mobile 6 samrtphone device (samsung i600)
I was prompted to register online, I did this by entering the activation code given on your website --- http://www.kaspersky.com/trials?chapter=171229147
i connected to a wireless network and as soon as i pressed the enter activation code button - the kaspersky program closed and my smartphone froze all its processes and hung inexplicably.

I had to remove the battery to restart the phone, but once that was done, the kaspersky icon appeared in the top right hand corner of the screen, the screen size or font size of the screen enlarged. Now the phone just hangs on this enlarged start up screen and eventually the screen turns off, unable to be turned on again and no amount of button pushing can change this, the battery has to be removed in order to force a restart.

I have no remedy to rectify this problem that your software has caused as my phone is now rendered useless as no functions are accessable, i have even tried removing the sd card the program was installed on , but with no success of changing the result.

Please help return my phone to working order
