Hello!

I installed kaspersky mobile security on my i900 with win mobile 6.1. After I power off my phone and then power it on again i can not enter the unlock code in Kaspersky because the phones touchscreen is locked and kaspersky is in full screen so that it is impossible to unlock it. The two picture show the windowsmobile unlockscreen and the kaspersky unlockscreen. On the first one i can not make any input because after seconds the kaspersky unlock screen comes up. There the touchscreen is locked so the code can not be entered.

The same problem? Are you sure? Nokia E71 is not a touchscreen phone

Yes. It's the same problem altough is not a touch screen. The keyboard stays blocked and I don't know how to solve this. I can't reset the phone

Any sugestion?

How was your phone blocked? Did you use sms-block or sim-watch?

I have use sms-block

I have talk with kaspersky in Portugal and they will contact Kaspersky to see if is a bug.

But till then I have no phone

What happens when you press left/right soft-button?

Appears the sign of 123 to put numbers (this sign only appears when we move the joystick left/right or the backspace button) but the keyboard don't keep blocked. We can ear the sound but no numbers.

Have you tried to reboot your phone?

How?

The keyboard is lock, so I can't do a hard reset. For that I have to intriduce the +#7370*

Is there other button to do a reset?

I have press "3" + "*" and the GREEN button and made a hard reset
