i just purchased kaspersky 2009 few days ago. about 3 days ago, i tried to update it, but it said that i have to activate my kaspersky.
i tried ti activate it, but i didnt work. said that my kaspersky id is used adn i have to purchased another..

At your situation, i go to shop and get my money back. Something like pirate copy..Where you buy it?

I hope that you paid using a credit card.
If the vendor will not give you a refund, call the credit card company.

Whether or not you get a refund, if a pirated version:

Report to both Kaspersky and law enforcement agencies.
In the USA, I would report to FBI, FTC, and Attorneys General in your state and the state of the vendor,
as well as the Better Business Bureau.
