I would like that KL adds SKYPE as another communication vehicle for user support, as this would cut the hideous telephone costs calling KL.
Skype Chat - could be used for a quick response to say e-mail.
I do disagree with KP's response that the USER GUIDE gives adequate information to run KAspersky products. Maybe for someone who is a computer expert, but remember your product is now being sold to many home/very amateur users and your USER GUIDE is easy to understand for a technical trained or very advanced user. The majority like myself are IT retarded and the USER Guide Language needs to cater for this sector of consumers too.
