Hi,
My KIS expires in 7 days and I am trying to renew it. However, the renewal site will not accept my ID or password which were issued to me a year ago. Furthermore...I have had to re register on this forum when it would not accept my user name which I have used numerous times.
I have sent e mails to Kapersky labs and tech support but no reply was forthcoming. It seems so difficult to simply renew my subscription. Can someone tell me..simply and correctly...how I can renew KIS please ?

I seem to have a bit of a similar problem. I have access to my personal cabinet for technical support but if I use that customer ID and password in the online Kaspersky store, it does not recognize me. Of course this may be very silly of me but when I am in the online store (https://kaspersky-global.esd.arvato-systems.de/arvato/proceed.do?action=%252Flogon), do I really need to use another set of customer ID and password??

Yes, i kind of missed that part............when Element5 was the online handler it was so = a seperate login for Element5.....now replaced by Arvato as online handlers, so i imagine this must still be so.
