Is there a compilation of files where I can download various policies tasks and configurations to import into administration kit for managing workstations/servers/exchange?
I'm finding the overall number of options to be a little overwhelming and would like a head start on setting up a small LAN environment (240 users).

You can download / import my policies from my blog. You will only have to add trusted processes and/or exclusions if needed. You'll also find group tasks to import.
