Retail Stores using INTUIT'S Quickbooks Point of Sale - Multi Store Version 7 R3 (current version)

The automatic software update for Kaspersky Antivirus was received by all of our stores. All systems in all locations became very slow as soon as the required re-boot took place. Store could no longer process credit cards or switch between screens. Processor was idle, RAM was available.

Al stores had to roll back to prior version.

NOTE: Kaspersky has always worked in the past this is the first time for us to have an update cause an issue with the Intuit software.
