lol no they dont have slow speed but there are many users that use kaspersky so the bandwidth is kinda sucked all
war who gets it faster
Oh no you have to wait 10 seconds to get your updates.
At the behest of a user who was deeply disturbed by my above comment, I should add that my sarcasm over 10 seconds comes as a direct result of the fact that I'm on dial-up where i'm lucky if I get done updating in less than 10 MINUTES. I think living a life of internet access through a phone cord entitles me to make fun of users that think 22 kbytes/sec is slow for a 500 kb file.
I am on a 6MB DSL connection and 9-22 KB sec sucks. I can download most files at 900 KB sec. Kaspersky really needs to improve there speeds. Eset downloads on seconds.

Come on, the updates are extremely small because the updates are split into many catagories and it needs to check those to see if there are updates available..........this means it's very flexible and can update the bases rapidly if needed and in very small chunks which is a plus for those on dialup (millions of those to this day)..............................so who cares if it takes 10-25 seconds to update and there are other AV's who can do an update faster than that.
There really has got to be more important things than those 10-25 seconds...........................like for example a better detectionrate.
