Hello,

I had AVG Free. But yesterday my PC was infected by a Trojan.
I uninstalled it and tried to install Kaspersky Trial.

But every time I try to install Kaspersky the installation wizzard tells me I still have AVG and need to unistall it.

I rebooted severall times and still get the same message.
I checked in Control Panel and AVG is gone.
I checked in Program Files folder and the same, AVG is gone.

Do you know how I can solve this?
(problem is the trojan is still on my PC)

I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

But does it work for Windows Vista?
I unpacked the files in the zip file, but the KLeaner removal tool does not work.
I tried the option "Run as administrator", and also tried running it with XP compatibility on.

I double click on it, rigth click and choose open, and nothing happens.

Is it a incompatibility issue with Vista?

It did work! Only silently.
I reeboted and now kaspersky is installing.
