what do you means by Agent dont sync in admin kit? did you try this manually, do you get an error ?

You can check the communication from the agent with klnagchk.exe on the client.

You find this program under c:\program files\kaspersky Lab\networkagent\

The best way is to use the IP-address instead of the DNS-Name of the admin server.
