But it is strange, turn off the Kaspersky I can open the outlook msg file. If I try copy the outlook msg to other computer with Kaspersky, it is Ok to open it.

What is difference between msg which open and not open?

we had have a customer with the same problem. He has used 6.0.2.x.

What is the OS version?
Is the user can not open any msg file or only some of them?
Can you attach one ot two of that "bag" msg files?
What version of MS Outlook Express used by user?

We are having exactly the same problem in our office. As far as I know it is affecting every machine (some running XP SP2, some running XP SP3 with Office 2003, Some running Vista SP1 with Office 2007). The version running is Kaspersky 6.0.3.837 hotfix b.c.d on the machine that I have just checked. Only some .msg files are affected - others open fine. On machines not running Kaspersky, or with it disabled, Outlook opens the .msg files with no problems.

Open Yours Kaspersky and go to Setting -> Mail AntiVirus (Under Protection) -> and uncheck 'Enable MS Outlook and The Bat support"
