So, I recently installed

6.0 windows server anti-virus
5.5 for exchange
Admin kit 6.0.1591
And 6.0 on all workstations

all my workstations are set to download updates from the server, the server is set up download updates at 6pm every day.

However since I installed all of this my workstation users are seeing a major slow down in web browsing. I have 20 computers that are on the domain, and 10 that are off the domain but all part of the same workgroup.

Please help me get my bandwith back, thanks!~

What hardware are you using in the workstations?

Maybe it's not a bandwith problem, but a problem of resources used by the web filter of KAV6
