Full Version: Errors Generated by Network Agent

We have recently installed Kaspersky Admin Kit and find that our protected servers are generating mutliple errors in the event log. Error messages include:

Error 1182/0x0 ('Unspecified error') processing firewall exception list.

Error information: 1182/0 (Unspecified error), O:\CS AdminKit\development2\nagent\naginst\nag_wfw.cpp, 166

and

The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( CSAdminServer ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Exception access violation occured at address 0x7C81BD02 on thread 0x00000D78 in process 836 while accessing address 0x00000002 for read.

The virus checker appears to be working OK. Any ideas on how we can stop these errors occuring?

Good morning.

We need more information about your problem. We need:

1. Version of Kaspersky Administration Kit (build number).
2. Network Agent Trace Files from problem computer. To enable tracing for Network Agent use this utility. You need enable tracing for Agent level 5, restart NetworkAgent and wait five minutes. After what disable tracing and send tracefile me in PM or attach to topic.
3. Please post a GetSystemInfo report of problem computer.
