Hello,I have used Kaspersky for 2 years.It is really powerful.
But,as I think your support is not good as that of norton.
we have to get support via e-mail(too slow),phone(it costs money,and not clear enough!)
Personal Cabinet(too slow,nt clear enough)and forum(not clear enough)
Why can not we get support just like norton?
We users can get One-click access to expert support ?
To users,it is easy,fast
To you,I think it is not hard to do so and you can avoid a lot of money on phones just like us
Why not?

to kaspersky,i think you can choose people who really needs such help ,they tell you problems.
you choose gays who can not solve their problems,and only to help them
symantec also has some some services that is interesting.they will solve all your problems if you pay
that is not bad.you can consider this
oh ,yes ,you web is not as good as their at some point,you lack of pictures.
we have to read many words,but they use more photos so that we understand their meaning more easily

so,i buy a key at last,which i think is the best gift users can give you
all i hope is to make kaspersky better!

Ok, you made your suggestion which is what this part of the forum is about. FYI, there is a livechat support option for the US, i'm sure it will eventually become available in other parts of the the world. smile.gif
