I see there are a number of reports regarding database version etc.

Is it possible to easily find out (using a report for example) a list of PCs which do not have Kaspersky installed on them but which can be seen on the network?

If so; can someone advise me the best way to achieve this.

Answered my own question: Virus Protection Report does it.
