Hi
I've recently replaced the anti virus on our workstation, before it was Trend Micro/Symantec, since these two AV didn't protect my clients we've switched to KAV. These clients are infected with virus and worms and other stuffs. I don't have difficulty on installing KAV on other client but on some client, after installing KAV, when I tried to update the virus definitions,it isn't successful. I believe that there is something (virus or worm) that blocks me from updating. Can you please help me? I've also tried to map the drive of the infected client to a stable client and scanned it, no virus found. dash1.gif I believe there's something wrong.

Hello,

At first check the content of the host file, clean it if you can see update servers of all Anti-Virus editor in it.
Please post a GetSystemInfo report of affected computer.
There may be some viruses not detected by KAV which prevent update to be performed.
