Hi all,

I'm helping my friend installing Kaspersky for their office.
They purchase a Business Space license and implement it on their system.
They have N-Computing thin client ( http://www.ncomputing.com/Products/Lseries...81/Default.aspx ) system with Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2.
After installing KAV for File Server on the thin client server, then the thin client user cannot access the server.
When KAV was disabled / uninstall everything's went back to normal.
Is there any settings that should be made to address this ?

Thanks !

hello,
i think that, on that terminal server, would be better to go with KAV for File Server EE

Hi m,

THanks for the advise, I'll try the EE version.
I'm curious, what's the difference between KAV Windows Server & KAV Windows Server Enterprise Edition ?
I read on the website but I there's no clear explanation about the difference for those 2 products.

Thanks for your help !

Well, basically, EE package fits for clustered and terminal server scenarios. Moreover, it's the only package well working on Win Server 2008...smile.gif
