Currently I am proud owner of 2 KIS and 1 KAV lic and have been since KAV 4, however I kind of cringe on spending another $30.00 for a Kaspersky product to protect my mobile device. I was thinking of switching to either Trend Micro or Symantec to how that software runs.
However, if Kaspersky were to offer me some discount then I will most likely sway my decision. But wait there is more.

Basically I am wondering if there will be any deals for the Kav Mobile in the future (like the 50% deal that ran out few months back) or if there are any current deals.

Symantec doesnt have that... I dont know about TrendMicro... but i think KMS is lighter on resources.

Another way for getting discounts, Contact the JULIE, or send an email to ONLINE SALES (onlinesales@kaspersky.com) to request a 30% discount coupon.

Btw, as a Kaspersky customer you would get these discounts.. and like you said $30 is too much, do you think Symantec and TM would offer you 50% off.. why?

yeah I know that a renewal discounts however this is a new line that I have never bought before (I have KIS and KAV) this is for mobile and I never had that lic.

edit... The renew button in version 2009 is the easiest way to buy KMS for 30% off... its there only for you to purchase directly with discounts even if its any other product from Kaspersky

Thinking about the inability to install, I was wondering if the certificate that comes with the trial is a trusted one. I know that Windows Mobile 6 enforces the certificates. If the cert is missing or outdated the system will not allow the product to execute. Just a thought.
