Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how to stop the kaspersky services (ie kill the programme). My circumstance are where the application is entrally controlled from the admin kit policy and I the administrator need to stop the application on a client. In ver. 5.0 I was able to do this by means of stopping the kaspersky service in the services.msc console...

Also is there a command line option for this?

Hello Chris,
You must disable "external service control" function first in WKS Settings
Settings > service > disable "external service control" > OK > OK
or in WKS policy Settings

You can stop Antivirus by command line "avp.com EXIT /password=<your_password>" but in this case you MUST specify password in "settings \ Service \ Password Protection" see "help \ Working with the program from the command prompt" for more datails.
