I have a question (sorry if its in the wrong forum) that I require some assitance with,

I am a happy user of Kaspersky Internet Security V6 its runs nicely, does everything I need.

The problem (perhaps the wrong word) I have is the requirement of my company IT Department to install Kaspersky anti virus for windows workstation ( http://www.kaspersky.com/anti-virus_windows_workstation ) from the open space security suite ( http://www.kaspersky.com/enterprise_space_security ).

They will not be managing this remotely and I will be configuring it myself, So what I would like to know is there any difference between KIS6 and KAV6 wks from the point of a standalone workstation???

do they both have the same features as each other??

They look similar too me (other than the remote management features which I will not be using that is)

Would I be able to import my config backup from KIS6 into KAV6 wks??

Thanks in advance,
qtester
Functionality as stand alone installation of KAV for Workstations 6.0 is the same as KIS 6.0,
but I do not recomend you to import configuration file saved by KIS into KAV for WKS, because of KAV for WKS 6.0 have many specific internal features, witch incompatible with KIS.
