Hi all,
Have you ever seen this log in klnagchk utility?

Starting utility 'klnagchk'...
Checking command line options...OK
Initializing basic libraries...OK
Current host is CALTAB_SERVER\WTS2

Reading the settings...error - code 1128 ('The product was not installed correctly.')
Deinitializing basic libraries...OK

I installed Kaspersky NetAgent in a Windows Server 2003.
The installation progress via AdminKit complete successfully!
But, the NetAgent service is always disabled.... What to do? unsure.gif

Hello,

klnagchk utility should be executed with Administrator credentials.
Also check the account used to start the Kaspersky Network Agent service.

Installation seems to be incomplete or corrupt. You may reinstall Network Agent.
