A customer of ours receives a lot of spam.
We have installed at his site either Kaspersky Mail GW or Kaspersky Security for Exchange.
Both products’ policies consist of cleaning emails from viruses and marking them if they are considered as SPAM, but in the end no one blocks “not good” emails.
The question is: by your experience, what is the best policy for blocking unwanted emails?
The customer is worried, because if he should be out of office for 10 days, when he comes back he finds hundreds spam emails in his “junk email” folder.
Can you help me to set them a ''good'' anti-spam policy for both the products?
Thank you in advance.
