Yesterday,i conducted a demo to our client.since they cannot provided a real server for kaspersky i used windows xp professional w/ sp2 running into 1 gig memory and 2.2 processor.
heres the catch,server is working well,policies,task and etc are configured also. so i tried now to install kaspersky for workstation side.i run the deployment from server to workstation and i check the RESULT it shows "Host is Unreacheable".so from there i stop.instead i installed it manually from workstations to server(i pulled the application from the server)after those setup installtion is complete.so i restarted the workstation just to make sure that everything is fine, but the problem is the workstations is not manageable at all after i rebooted the workstation and i found out i cannot synchronize the workstations from server. what do i miss something during the deployment?is there any workaround for this problem?is there any way to remove the network agent from the workstation?since i remove already the application for workstation using KAV remover tool.til now the end user cannot use his computer due to its unmanageable after i installed kaspersky.
