Hi
I installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server on my Exchange Server, and update it automatically every one hour but from 2 days ago the update does not work and has error!!!!I attached the error message and my proxy seeting with this topic.
I don't have any problem with internet and downloading (IE6)in every other application and protocols on this server!!!!
My server OS is win server 2003 sp2
Could you please help me!!???

Hi,
Are you sure that you applied settings before pressing "update now" button?
please go to the product folder, than to bases folder
create empty _upd.log file
start update
provide _upd.log file
