Today, i cannot download update database from kaspersky admin kit, anyone can help me to fix this problem?

check your update task is available or not
if it availble then check the settings and the shedule.

Remenber to configure Proxy settings in Updates Task.

Dear all.
Thanks for the responses, but it still not working. in kaspersky administration kit i have task Download update is create by some old network adminstrator. Before, it working, nothing problem about that. just running the task and complete.
Today, I want try to create new the same task. but i can't found the download update task application or the update task type. Anyone can teach me how to create the task download update from kaspersky lab??.
sorry.. i'm indonesian. so my english not good...smile.gifsmile.gif

Please tell us which version you are using. I think the best way is to upgrade to version 6.0.1591.
