Running KAV 6.0.3.837, windows XP.

If I go to http://www.790thezone.com/multimedia/listenlive.aspx and click on "CLICK HERE" to open up 790 the Zone's media player...

The player will open, but won't stream any audio. The stream appears to be originating from http://cas-m.streamadz.com/cas/mirror/blablablabla....

I've added both http://*.790thezone.com/* and http://*.steamadz.com/* to the trusted sites list, but still no luck. As soon as I disable KAV, all is well. Any thoughts? Of course, it always has to be the high-level execs who have these issues!

I also added http://*.liquidcompass.cc/* to trusted sites.

And, if I pause protection and start the stream, then resume protection... the stream will continue to play. So it's something in the kick off of the stream?

Odd... I tried it on my Vista machine running WMP11 and it worked with KAV enabled. So, I checked on the WinXP machine and it was running WMP10. Upgraded that machine to WMP11 and still no go. So it's different from XP to Vista?

I've narrowed this issue down to Windows XP only. It does not effect Windows Vista. Yet, both machines are running the same policy through the admin kit. Any ideas?

Will stream radio begin if you press "Stop", and then "Play"?

Interesting... if I hit stop, then hit play, the stream plays. Any thoughts on why that is? I'm assuming you've run into it before.
