Deleted a riskware (not-a-virus:FraudTool.Win32.XPAntivirus.hy) using advanced desinfection, during this process KIS crashed.

VT doesn´t work with FF3 (posting here) but good news too, FF3 doesn´t crash.

-expansion to what Schulte said. Virtual keyboard doesn't work in opera and internet explorer (in every box i tried - yahoo search, google search, google translate etc)

Does this build include the improvements of hotfix c?
If yes Kaspersky Lab should overwork the recommendations for detected networks, KIS recommends me to set up my local WLAN connection as "Public network".
In automode people would wounder why file exchange etc. via WLAN aren't working anymore (I know a certain case from another forum).

-still the following bug (maybe reproducible with other apps too, i can reproduce it with total commander). take a standard exe and rename it to .sys and then copy it to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ you should get a suspicious driver installation popup (well this should be kinda ok). however clicking quarantine doesn't do anything, it doesn't prevent the file from successfully being written to that folder and it doesn't terminate any program
-ICQ traffic scan seems to be broken, no interception on trillian (secureIM disabled)

I have a problem with the context menu scan - it crashes Windows Explorer on every second attempt.

Interesting one here. Recently advised by Gartis (I will PM him re. this one) that Revo Uninstaller had been added to the Trusted Applications White List and on checking I found that it had. However have just installed a new version of this app and now when I run it gets put into 'Low Trusted'.

Also what I have found is that when I run it I get a Prompt for Privileges for an 'unknown application' trying to read a protected file in this case the Folder.dbx file (see 1st attachment). Now I do not see why Revo, an uninstaller should do this especially since it never did before (see 2nd attachment).

What is even funnier is that I am getting the same manifestation with other programs that are classed as 'Low Restricted'...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! A bugette per chance?

Full scan makes KIS disable some components.
After scanning for about 34% anti spam and anti banner were disabled

At resources at "ICMP Destanation Unreachable (in)" should be "ICMP Destination Unreachable (in)".

It appears incoming and outgoing traffic values of KIS hasn't been corrected in this build. To reproduce it.. Please click on the link of :

1) Full scan running, the screensaver delays like 1:30mins to get off and desktop to come on.
2) With scan on and no other running, to start a new application takes longer than...
* 2 mins for MSOutlook (normal delay 10")
* 3 mins for ACDSee Photo Editor (normal delay 5")
VERY SLOW RESPONSE in deed. I rather prefer v357 or v402.

when i expand/collapse the microsoft group on a maximied window, the "toolbar" is overlapping the table header:

In my case, Trusted folder is the one causing overlapping the table header while it's maximized or not.

The first is a bug, we have reported it.
The second one cannot be reproduced in my side. Please refer to the picture. If the database says it belongs to "Trusted" group, KIS should put it to Trusted group. Can you provide log for this?
About the third one, It is a bug and developer has known this problem.

Yes, FF3 couldn't be started while Full Scan was running and after a very long delay, it crashed.
System (Windows XP SP3, Intel Core2 CPU 1,86GHz // RAM 3GB) got a very slow response.

About the first issue, the suspicisou activity is detected by PDM. It detects when the program has done something suspicioius and that is why it doesn't block the copy.
If you choose Quarantine, the Totalcmd.exe will be put to Quarantine. You can find in Detected -> Quarantine and restore this program.
If this is not the situation on your computer, please write me. Thanks.

About the second one, I don't quite get your meaning. Can you give me more details?

This is ACDSee Photo Editor 4.0 (build 211 - ACDSeePhtoEditor4.exe) which is high demanding of resources.
Then KIS crashed at Application Filtering start (as seen in provided screenshot). You have to consider MS Outlook
was running as well.

Another crash right after a Full Deep Scan and shut-down pc when finished. No other application on.
I've reported many crashes while start/shut-down pc after a Full Scan.

In Kaspersky's Proactive Defense settings, untick "Do not notify..." (just for test purposes)
Extract and run Process Explorer and select "Quarentine" on all popups:

I checked this issue using Revo uninstaller 1.7.1.0. It is put to Trusted\VS Revo group and no such issue appear when uninstall NetScape.
I noticed that in the your report, one item is put to Trusted\VS Revo Group. Is it Revo uninstaller? And what is put to Low Restricted grou right after this record?
I think we are using the same version of Revo uninstaller. So can you give me more information about your environment?

Build 418 is really unstable in PC1 (Windows XP SP3 // RAM 3GB) creating many issues in 2 days: crash x3, hang x2.
Surprisingly PC3 (Windows XP SP2 Tablet Edition 2005 // RAM 1,24GB) got no crashes at the moment.
