I seem to have a problem with the scheduled scans and scheduled updates. I'm running windows mobile 6 professional with Kaspersky 7.0.0.33 and have set a daily scan for 10.30am and a daily update for 10:00am. However, looking at the updater reports and scan reports, the scheduled operations do not appear to working as I would have expected. For instance, both the scan and the updater do not appear to run every day at their scheduled time, the times seem to vary. Please note, our phones are set to pin lock after two minutes of activity, but I'd expect the schedule jobs to run regardless of the pinlock. Is there anything we could try to resolve this issue.
