I know that the Kerio Offline Outlook Connector has some issues with KAV for Windows Workstations. However, our business email system uses this connector so I have learn to work with it. Based on this information, would excluding koffbackend.exe from any KAV scans prevent this from happening? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
