Hi, I have used KIS 7.125 for several months and it worked very good. Unfortunately, problems happened this afternoon when I was browsing a website, KIS popped a message window saying that (roughly) : There is 23 connections ... Network will be terminated in 9 seconds, then it started to count, certainly, I clicked NO. However, KIS stilled shut down. Then I tried to start KIS again by run it from the Start/Programs/Kaspersky ... But nothing changed, I could not find the avp process in the task manager, and windows xp (sp3) reminded that there was no antivirus software installed.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall KIS, no difference at all.
I found there was a rundll32.exe process in the task manager when I restarted the system. Then I go to the registry, and found there was a key in App_Dll, y******.dll (sorry I forgot the file name, but I have recorded it on another computer). I tried all means to clear this strange file and key eventually. But KIS could not be started either.
I have checked the event in "computer management", there were two error messages relating to KIS:

I recommend you to upgrade to v7.0.1.325 or very latest KIS 2009 v8.0.0.357 http://www.kaspersky.com/productupdates?ch...nlink=206908884.
Check carefully the way to migrate in this link http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=67812.

Thanks a lot for your kind help. In fact, I have tried KIS 2009 402 already, but it didn't work either.
I am using the online scanner now, here is the result:

Total number of scanned objects: 17942
Number of viruses found: 6
Number of infected objects: 7
Number of suspicious objects: 0
Duration of the scan process:

Hopefully I can delete/disinfect these viruses.

KIS has been hijacked by some trojans

If you happens to encounter the same problem, please try to copy the following in notepad, save as .bat and then run it.
