Full Version: Questions about Administration Kit 6.0.1572 and Client 6.0.3.837

Hi,

I've some questions.

1.I would like to know if there's a ini file to be able to uninstall Sygate Security Agent 4.1 with the Administration Kit.
2.I've created a main group with a main strategy and almost everything is locked because i dont want to let people change it, but I want to be able to change some setting into sub-group.
3.I would like to know if there's a way to restore deleted files after being removed when KAV detected a virus. The problem is we get a false virus and we lost that file.

4. I openned 2 tickets for the 2 firsts question from that page http://usa.kaspersky.com/support/corporate-support-case.php, but i didn't get awnser.
I also created an account into helpdesk (https://support.kaspersky.com/en/personalcabinet/HelpDesk/YourRequests?LANG=fr) but when i'm trying to open a case, i get forwarded into http://usa.kaspersky.com/support/corporate-support-case.php.

1. I think no, this product is not in the list.
2. You must leave the locks open from this settings you want to change in sub-groups and lock the settings there.
3. All files are deleted you can find into the backup folder. they are saved before deleting.
4. Personal cabinet is only for home user products.

Thanks for your awnser.

1. I saw on the web site that we can get ini files if we ask to the support, but i dont get awnser from them (look like i'll have to call) sad.gif
2. I'll check something about that
3. I've unlocked repport options and I can now restore them from console.

4. I wish to know why support don't awnser me, look like Open case don't work.
