I've sent 3 requests to the Kaspersky Corporate support site over the past week and have yet to receive a reply other than the form email acknowledging the request and raving about 4 hour response times. Yea, right. And as a consultant, as much as I like the product, I am more than happy to find a company that will provide rapid response whether by phone, email or chat. Good product, terrible support...
Just had to get that off my chest. The issue is I have purchased an additional Enterprise 10 user license, but can't seem to find a way to apply it and increase my user count. Perhaps I am a bit daft, but shouldn't this be a simple thing?
