I Use Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0.1405 in my network,recently when client want to update see this error:
"Connection failed, physical error"
My Clients are AV 6.0.3.837

Hello,

I think you should upgrade both Administration Server / Administrative agents with the latest version 6.0.1591 because fixes about update process has been implemented in this new build.
Instructions about how to upgrade are provided on this FAQ.

I have error on my clients update not in Administration Kit,it update Properly.

Try to run klnagchk.exe on the client PC to get more info of the error. Run Command prompt, go to network agent folder (usually located on C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\), and run klnagchk. Get the output log and post it here. Attached here sample of working Network Agent.
