Full Version: Can't reinstall KAVE 5.5.1185.0

I can't seem to get KAVE reinstalled on our Exchange Server wihich is running Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows Server 2003. After reinstalling I get the errors shown in the screen shots I have attached.

In addition starting the Kaspersky Antivirus 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server service gives me the following error:

"Windows could not start the Kaspersky Antivirus 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003 on the Local Computer. for more information review the System Event log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor and refer to service specific error code -2147467259."

Any ideas?

Seriously? No responses? Not even from the Kaspersky guys? I really need to get Kaspersky for Exchange reinstalled on our Exchange server for obvious reasons. Any ideas would be great.
