Full Version: HTC Vogue will not power up with real time protection on

Hi,

I have just installed the trial version 7.0.0.33 on my HTC Vogue (WM6 Professional). The problem I am having is that with KMS installed, I cannot power up (from sleep mode). The only way to fix it is to remove and reinstall the battery. After removing and reinstalling the battery, the machine boots up normally and function normally until I power off again (sleep mode). After powering off (sleep mode) it will not "wake up" again, and I would have to remove the battery again.

However, with real time protection turned off, my machine powers up normally (both from sleep mode and complete power off). Can anybody help me? I would like to keep real time protection running.

i have just sent you a debug version.

To check if the problem persists in new debug version you should
1. Uninstall release version of the product, your device will ask to reboot, agree.
2. Install attached debug version of KMS 7.0
3. Try to reproduce your problem.
4. If you are able to reproduce please copy tmarshaller_log.txt, KavMain_log.txt,tmail_log.txt via Microsoft ActiveSync to desktop PC and send them to me (victor.yablokov(AT)kaspersky.com).
5. Uninstall the debug version because it write too many logs and it is slower than release one.

Thanks for sending me the debug version. I cannot reproduced problem with this version. bravo.gif Everything functions perfectly with and without real time protection on. That's great! Any idea when the revision will be released?
