Does anyone know what the YELLOW N/A status in the Admin Kit Virus Activity Report means? It has CURED, NOT CURED, DELTED and N/A.

This is well-known issue when name of the object in the detection event differs from the name of the object in the processing event (cured, not cured, deleted, etc). Typically this happens when virus is found in the e-mail, web page or archive. Please see the history of events for that particular computer to see details.

I have that problem too , is there any solutions to this problem or any way out to clear this thing ?
Please advise.
