Hi,

I have just deployed KAv Workstation on about 200 clients through the Administration Kit. I am actually going through that as we speak, and it seems to be fine.

Still, We have been trialing the product for 30 days before migrating, and the anti-spam function that was present in the workstation trial version is not available any longer.

Now, on some computers it's still present, but it's unflagged and it cannot be started from the admin kit, in some others it's not present at all.

Where am I doing wrong?

Any help appreciated, users are already asking me "where did the nice red and green envelopes go?".

In computers that doesn't have the "Anti-Spam" module, you need to enable it inside the installation package (in AdminKit, "Remote Install" folder) and reinstall the application.

Those that have it, but can not be started, please give detailed information, errors messages, etc.
