Hhi everyone

I cannot find a way to set policy on the Administration Kit to force a client AV to update at a chosen interval (every 2 hours). The only option I can find is to set a updater task the problem with this is that when the client is not contactable it does not update. The client AV chooses to update according to the defaults set in the update section this is what I am trying to force policy to change. Can anyone help me out please ????

Hi,
As far as I know, the only way to schedule update is through update task. Task is use to set a schedule for any activity, such as update and scanning. On policy, you can set where the client will update database, and the update task you create will follow exactly like policy setting.
