Hi All,

I've just deployed Enterprise Space to my network and want to run iChecker on the workstations (Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations) to speed up the scanning.

However, I cannot find how to download/install it anywhere?

If it is on the web site can someone link me to it please? If I need to push it through Admin Kit can someone give me some instructions?

iChecker (and also iSwift) is not a third party application but a technology developed by Kaspersky Lab. top optimize scan process.

thanks for taking the time to reply.

The distributor I'm working with (I'm rapidly starting to question their Kaspersky knowledge) told me I would need to download iChecker in order to use it.

I've got iChecker/iSwift enabled in my Admin Kit. Is this all I need? Will the workstation client automatically install the appropriate checksum database if this is the case?

Yes, this technology is built into our products and is already there...
Its usage differs amongst application included into the Enterprise Space product.
As for KAV Windows Workstation application, please search the manual ftp://ftp.kaspersky.com/docs/english/kav6.0_winwksen.pdf for the iChecker word.
For instance, in 14.4.5 in this manual you can find how to enable iChecker and iSwift usage if they are disabled on your machine as well as limitaion on these technologies.
