A user responded to an anti-hacker question without reading/understanding it, and apparently it created a rule which is blocking that workstation's access to a printer. Even if I turn off the anti-hacker, he can't use that printer until he reboots. I know there's a way to change or delete the rule, but I can't determine how. Any help greatly appreciated thanks, all.

settings/service/reset and follow the wizard accordingly...

This will allow you to reset antihacker to the default settings...that said you can configure it in the right manner (training mode)

Hi,
I guess it's from "zones". I think it's recognized as Internet Zone, thus blocking file and printer sharing.
Thanks, it worked. 'Course, I had to then stop KAV, restart the machine, start KAV & restart again, but eventually all was well.
