I hae a question for all you incredibly smart people. I have been having issues with my daughters sidekick LX. We are on the THIRD replacement. She has a memory card for her mp3 files (we have replaced the memory card as well twice). After each memory card is inserted for about 12 hours the phone automatically powers off. When the memory card is removed the phone is absolutely fine (and this is the case with all of the replacements as well). This last time TMobile told me that the music she downloaded has a bad file that corrupted the memory file and therefore the phone.
My question is if it corrupted the phone wouldn't the phone be corrupted when the card is out too?
They are sending a new phone but said it will be the last replacement. I am going to make her make sure the memory card she puts in is TOTALLY blank for 3 days to see if the old memory card is truly the problem.
If any of you have any other ideas for me let me know.
