1. uninstall product
2. check that /ProgramFiles/KasperskyLab is empty
3. install product again
I uninstall and reinstall KMS 2 times, first time same as yesterday, 2nd time OK,
1st time installation
Installation, activation, scan the mobile device and change the setting all OK
then I choose update (use my mobile device's 3g/3.5g), first time update is OK,
but when I check the Status screen, the information shown
about LAST UPDATE is (I forgot to mark down the message) 'AV.....or corrupt',
I choose update again (via 3g), then the mobile device hanged, after reboot,
the situation same as yesterday.
2nd installation
everything same as above, except update I connect to internet through my computer
via ActiveSync, up to this moment, everything OK
It looks like cannot activate and update via my mobile device's 3g/3.5g network,
may be tomorrow I try to update again via 3g, see what happen.
