Full Version: Can't activated

I have bought KMS 7.0, no problem in installation, but can't activated,
every time when I activated, a message "Wrong user agent' appear.
I have checked my Pocket PC's time and date are correct, and already
connected to the internet via 3G.
When activated, I have tried both the activation code and also the tried code,
both have the same message.

I am using O2 Atom Life with Window Mobile 6 professional Chinese version.

Your user agent is really wrong:

Then I don't understand, what is the question is ?
my Pocket PC is using IE mobile not Mozilla,
can you tell me how to solve the problem and to activate KMS ?

About my activation problem, I also email to Kaspersky HK supporting center looking for help,
today they ask me to connect my mobile device to internet through my computer via ActiveSync,
and then activate.

It work, now my problem solved.

But I still don't understand why my Pocket PC cannot activate via 3g ???

It looks like your ISP changes User-Agent in http requests sad.gif

My mobile network provider is 'Smartone-Vodafone'.

But now I have another problem of my KMS, it can update via 3g/3.5g
but (1) it cannot scan my mobile device, every time when I choose scan,
it reture a message 'Cannot initialize engine'
(it only can scan one time, it mean that when I activeted KMS, I can scan
my mobile device, but 2nd time when I choose scan, it reture the above message)

(2) The setting shown on 'Staus Screen' looks like freeze and lock by something.
Now that page shown - Real-time protection : Disabled
Last scanned : 26.03.2008 22:55:26
Last updaed : Never
Firewall: medium
Anti-spam : Disabled
whatever I change the setting to another level, such as enable the real time protection
or set the fire wall to low level etc., the information as shown on 'Staus Screen' same as
above, didn't change anything.

I don't understand what is the problem is? is my mobile device or KMS ?

Could you try to
1. uninstall product
2. check that /ProgramFiles/KasperskyLab is empty
3. install product again

I uninstall and reinstall KMS 2 times, first time same as yesterday, 2nd time OK,

1st time installation
Installation, activation, scan the mobile device and change the setting all OK
then I choose update (use my mobile device's 3g/3.5g), first time update is OK,
but when I check the Status screen, the information shown

I still cannot update virus bases through my Pocket PC's 3g network,
it just can update through the computer via ActiveSync.
If this is KMS's problem, hope Kaspersky can fix the bug soon

So, am i right that the problem is "The first update was successful. During all next updates the device hanged". Could you try to do update after soft-reset? What progress-bar state did you see at the moment that device hanged?

No, the problem is 'KMS cannot update through my device's 3g network, just can update through the
computer via ActiveSync. I have try to do update after soft-reset, but same problem, it hanged.
The progress-bar state is 'New Anti-Virus bases installed', and then the software hanged ( sorry I make mistake,
it is the software hanged, not the device hanged), I cannot close the software with the EXIT button, only can press
the mobile device's top right 'X' button to close it.

When I return to KMS, the situation same as I reportd previously, the Status screen freezed...etc.'
