Has anyone been successful excluding Microsoft ActiveSync using a policy in a group?

I'm having issues with one of my notebook users who uses a mobile phone device and the errors we are getting point back to our Kaspersky Installation (version 6.0.3.837 using the Admin toolkit).

When we disable Kaspersky, it works just fine.

I've tried adding it to the trusted application list specifying no ports so it allows all TCP and UDP ports, etc. but this is not working.

Hello,

First you should try to identify which protection component is concerned by this issue, you can try to pause each of them manually and perform synchronization manually.

Also please post a GetSystemInfo report of affected computer.
